TAX RESEARCH LIBRARY AGREEMENT
There is no charge for using the library, but you must register in order to enter the library area. You will only have to register once to use the library.
In consideration for your use of the Tax Resource Group Memo Library you represent and agree as follows. 1. I have sufficient professional expertise and experience in tax matters to evaluate the memoranda and to reach my own conclusions on the matters discussed therein. 2. I agree to hold Robert O. Graves, CPA, dba The Tax Resource Group, and its successors and assigns harmless from any liability resulting from use of The Tax Resource Group Memo Library. |
